• The Warranty Extension can only be purchased at the same time as the purchase of the product. BIXOCare warranty extensions can only be bought from Global Barcode.

• Excluded from warranty coverage is damage caused by incorrect usage of the printers, damage caused by improperly using the printers and defects caused by use of consumables outside the specifications. ‍

• The TPH warranty extension applies only during the life time specified in the official guideline document of the printer.‍

• This extension warranty does not cover Lithium Batteries or Cutters of the Label Printers.

• In case of a defect the end-user should send the product to Global Barcode or directly to the BIXOLON Service Center, Tiefenbroicher Weg 35, 40472 Düsseldorf, Germany.

• The shipping costs to Global Barcode or the BIXOLON Service Center have to be covered by the end-user.

• BIXOLON or Global Barcode do not commit to an exact time for the repair of the products.
