The SM20 from M3 Mobile is an ultra-robust, mobile full-touch handheld computer for use in retail and logistics. It is built upon the successful SM15 Series and is equipped with a user-friendly Android operating system which is supported through Android 13. It also features a high-end CPU design and a customer-specific 5 inch HD colour display and an intelligent 4100 mAh hot-swap battery (standard).
Additionally, the SM20 features a rear camera with 16 megapixels, the scan engines SE4710, SE4720 and optionally SE4750 MR, as well as a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 octa-core processor with Adreno 610 GPU. Fast Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 with BLE support increase the touch computer’s efficiency, flexibility and scalability.
The SM20 may be transformed into a fully-fledged handheld computer with more than 20 accessories. The trigger with a large range allows users to read barcodes from distances up to 15 m, for example. The performance of the SM20 may be enhanced and managed with the M3 SPEEDPACK (M3 Application Package), depending on the need.
