Following on from the Xi Series predecessors, the ZT620 has a heavy gauge metal structure for years of reliable and accurate use, enabling high-volume, high-resolution printing, even on small labels. To complement the rugged printer, the printhead is also long life.

Fast printing

The ZT620 can print up to 12 ips at 203 dpi (8 dots per mm) and still can print up to 8 ips at 300 dpi (12 dots per mm) on labels from 51mm up to 180 mm wide. Accommodating up to 8” (203 mm) diameter media rolls, there is less downtime changing media.

Easy Operation

See status at a glance on the 4.3” full-colour touch display, which also turns red for any error state to help the operator quickly identify the problem. Media is loaded intuitively from the side, and the interior light illuminates the ribbon and media paths. User adjustments are simplified with colour-coded components.

Future Proof Design

The adaptable design allows for upgrades in the field. Media handling upgrades can be quickly installed using the internal electrical connectors. Two USB host ports further enhance the flexibility, and two communication slots are available for upgrades including Wi-Fi, Parallel, Ethernet and applicator interface.
